Redwood High School Class of '98
Last weekend was my 10-year class reunion in Visalia, California. I knew that if I didn't go, I would probably regret it. It was definitely worth it and was everything I imagined. I had so much fun with my closest friends before and after the reunion and had a great time catching up with people whom I hadn't seen in 10 years! I would describe the reunion as "the cherry on the top" of my high school experience. Here are some of my deep thoughts about the event:
* In general, the girls got better looking and the boys didn't. (except for you, Scott!) I'm not sure why, maybe because we're all plucking our eyebrows?
*I never thought I was very good with names,
but randomly first and last names would pop out of my mouth, names I hadn't said in 10 years!
*10 years has been very good to people, most were incredibly genuine and much was accomplished. Pre-reunion jitters...
Lookin' good everyone!
How fun! I LOVED the dress. You did a great job of picking the right one. What a fun get-a-way.
ReplyDeleteThe award for the most children?! That's so funny! I bet I would be nominated for that same award, but I think I have to have a couple more to actually win! You look gorgeous in the pictures!
ReplyDeleteSuzette, can you send me that photo of our "Two People that Married Each Other" award? :) I didn't get that one. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI bet most of your classmates were shocked that you got that award! You look so fabulous !

ReplyDeleteHey, I see you guys got together before and after the reunion. I wish someone would have called me. I would have loved to see all of you and your babies. I had my daughter with me that weekend and you could have met her. I doubt all of us will be in Visalia at the same time again. Oh well...I really treasured the times we had back then and I look forward to seeing you guys again in the future. Hugs! ~Katie
