{be healthy} challenge

We all know that we should be drinking more water.  There are countless health benefits to drinking water.  From anything to the health of your skin to the functions of your brain.

For me, drinking water takes a little planning (otherwise it doesn't happen).  I found a large plastic water bottle with a built-in straw is the best way for me to down those 48+ ounces every day.  I use this same bottle for my meals and during workouts.  I actually have two of them.  Find what works for you.

Do you have any tips on how to drink more water?

This week's challenge is to drink {at least} 64 ounces of pure water every day.  Adding a non-calorie flavor/sweetener doesn't count for this challenge.  Let's drink our water in the purest form this week.

  1. A slice of lemon! Just that little bit of flavor helps me drink so much more water. Plus, lemon has so many benefits as well!
