The Healthiest Choco-Banana-PB2 Smoothie

Over the past year or so, I have perfected my Chocolate-Banana-PeanutButter Smoothie.  The result is seriously the yummiest and healthiest chocolate smoothie that you will ever taste.

Sometimes I will make this as a quick pre/post workout snack.  Other times it fulfills an afternoon sweet tooth craving.  You won't believe me when I tell you it is only 220 calories.  Let me know what you think, and don't forget to like on Facebook.


You need:

Cocoa Powder
PB2
Nectresse (optional)

I couldn't believe my eyes when I came across this powdered peanut butter. 
 It is my new favorite thing. 

The Healthiest Choco-Banana-PB2 Smoothie

1 cup 1% milk
2/3 medium banana
1 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tbsp. PB2
1 tsp. Nutresse (optional)
dash of cinnamon
1 cup ice

Blend together until smooth, creamy, and frothy.  Yum!

"Zonified" Recipe:

1 cup 1% milk
2/3 9" banana
1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
2 Tbsp.  PB2
1 1/2 tsp. almond butter
1 tsp. Nutresse (optional)
dash of cinnamon
1 cup ice

Enjoy this smoothie with a hard-boiled egg and you have yourself a 3 BLOCK meal!
