Flo's [6-week Body Challenge] Week 5

Only two weeks left until I post my results!

I haven't missed a workout for the last six week, and I have completed each session to the fullest.  It had better pay off, so far so good.

As for my eating, I can't say that I have been as perfect.  I've done pretty well, but I can't wait until the kid's Halloween candy is gone!  Isn't this the trap we all fall into?  Even though our diets are what make the biggest impact in weight loss.  I truly believe that it is easier to complete a workout than have the self-discipline to restrain ourselves from eating what it is we crave. 
 
But have no fear, there is no need to give up or beat yourself up over it, tomorrow is a new day! 

If you recall, I committed to:

Not eat after 7:00 pm.

Not eat sweets, unless it's a free day.

Give myself two free days [Friday and Sunday].

Drink 2 glasses of water before each meal.

 
I enjoyed doing a little more running last week so decided to keep that up.  The other workouts should be fun, and sure to get you sweating [like a pig].
