Playing catch up

Once again, I am blogging way too late in the night! Last night, I finished posting at close to 1:30 am. It's a little earlier tonight at 11:00 pm. I understand that this is ridiculous, but I always seem to get my second wind at this time after catching up on all that didn't get accomplished for the day.
Averie is reading her ballerina story to Brenna. She has started doing this a lot lately. She'll just pull up a chair right next to her baby sister and start telling a story. Sometimes Brenna will react by smiling back, it's very sweet.
Poor Kempton is saddened by his lovely red locks being cut. He absolutely HATES getting his hair cut!
Averie and Daddy zonked on the couch. She is still our baby, sometimes we forget she's only three...
Averie lined up all her stuffed animals for a Kodak moment.

wow! Averie is growing into a little lady! She looks so proper reading books to Brenna! I forget that Tate is only 2 sometimes, too. They're the oldest, but they sure aren't very old. Your kids are adorable!!!

I had to laugh at the photo of Averie sleeping with her daddy. The other day Randy said, "how come the only photos you have of me are when I'm sleeping?" It cracked me up because I can rarely resist those photos of the kids snuggled up asleep by him. I bet you're better at getting more awake photos than I am... it's a new goal!

I know I am a little behind, but I just have to tell you that the video of Kempton drinking lemon juice was hilarious. I laughed so hard and I had to show my husband (mostly because he was looking at my like I was crazy from across the couch) and he was cracking up, too. Too funny... also, hearing Averie in the background sounds so much like Dylan. They are at the repeating stage. They say everything 25,000 times, right? Good times. :)
