We had so much fun in San Antonio with my family. We haven't been together all under the same roof for a long time. It was fun to have our kids play together and make memories just the same as we did with our cousins!
We were reenacting Michael Jackson's thriller in this picture. They started rising from the dead and walking around like zombies. This is something that brings back fun memories for me as a kid. We used to dance to music with our cousins, aunts and uncles for reunions in Lake Tahoe. Michael Jackson, Huey Lewis, Lionel Richie, etc. were all a huge part of my growing up.
I love my sister. She's the best!
Somehow Chad, Shawn and I were coerced into performing "Mormon Rap" (a song that we all had completely memorized from the 80's and early 90's. Remember it? Hey brothers and sisters listen to me I'm talkin to you religiously, my Mormon rap will make you see, I'm as funky as Donny and Marie...). It's probably been at least 20 years since we've performed it together. I have this performance on video if anyone is interested.
Averie was the MC at our family's talent show. She read from a script and took her responsibilities very seriously.
The San Antonio temple is beautiful. I posted this picture to illustrate how I'm always a head shorter than all of these people in my family. I never realize it until I see pictures. You're all giants! Or am I just short?
We are THAT family. I'm always shocked when Cale goes along with it.
The kids are introducing Brett to daddy's giggle piano.
