Mommy and Averie are twins. I take advantage while I have control of my daughter's wardrobe.

Cale had a month long assignment in St. Louis. We decided to join him for the last two weeks so that we could be together as a family. It was very relaxing for us all, all I had to worry about was playing with my two cute kids all day long. No cleaning, cooking, or other distractions because we stayed in a two-bedroom hotel room with a kitchen and living room (similar to the last time we stayed in St. Louis for 5 months). Cale had a nice schedule where the kids and I met him for lunch at 11:00 am, then he came home from work at 3:30 pm. Afterward, we went and did fun activities as a family all throughout the city, most of which were free!

Sweet story... Cale had been in St. Louis for one week and I took the kids to greet daddy off the airplane. It was a big event and something I will never forget, seeing Averie RUN to her daddy with open arms. That night as Cale was tucking Averie in bed, she got really serious and looked up at him to say, "Daddy, I'm so glad we found you!"

Funny story... As we were driving into St. Louis, we pointed out "THE ARCH" to Averie. Very abruptly she asks, "What's that guy's name?" We were confused, but she kept asking "Who's that guy?" She then answered her own question and said, "Oh, Noah, that's his name!" We then busted up because we realized she thought that Noah was the guy who lived in "THE ARCH."
